In our effort to innovate we have created this new oven model with special smoking section to maintain culinary traditions and meet the needs of the most demanding market. This way, we guarantee and enhance all the flavor and juiciness of the meat, adding the aroma and taste of the smoke.
With a functional design both sections are a perfect combination that allows cooking “grill style” with a much stronger flavor to embers than conventional charcoal ovens, which gives a different touch to your restaurant.
The meat can be introduced first into the smoking section and then marked in the oven section. The temperature is controlled with the draft regulator.
